Molinel 2 L Professional Equality Index

87/100 is the gender equality index score achieved by Molinel 2L for the year 2025.

The gender equality index at Molinel 2L :

Every year, by March 1 at the latest, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate their gender equality index in order to achieve professional equality.

The index, out of 100 points, is composed of four indicators :

  • The gender pay gap – 34/40,
  • The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises – 35/35,
  • The number of female employees receiving a pay rise on their return from maternity leave – uncalculable,
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid employees – 5/10.

This gives Molinel 2L a total score of 87/100.

The goal for 2026 will be to improve the pay rise process in order to reduce the distribution gap between women and men.
