LUK LIGHT R-FLEX High Visibility Range, GRS® certified

STANDARDISED, STRETCH CLOTHING MADE FROM ECO-FRIENDLY FABRICS

EXCLUSIVE ON THE MARKET! A line of professional clothing that combines many advantages: optimal safety with high visibility standards (EN20471), guaranteed industrial care (ISO15797), and fabrics that are both stretchy and eco-friendly. A first on the workwear market, offering numerous advantages for both wearers and purchasing managers in local authorities and businesses.

LUKLIGHT R’FLEX consists of five models (simple trousers and knee pads, jacket and coveralls) available in two colours: fluorescent yellow/navy blue and fluorescent orange/navy blue. This comprehensive collection enhances the already extensive LUKLIGHT range by adding a more sportswear-inspired and eco-friendly feel. It will stylishly clothe and protect professionals working in construction, public works, transport and waste collection.

Molinel has obtained GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification, which guarantees that recycled textiles comply with environmental and social criteria. This label ensures the traceability of the garment throughout its value chain, from yarn production to the finished product.

A RESPONSE TO ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES

The entire LUKLIGHT R’FLEX range is made from sustainable materials: GRS recycled polyester (74%) and GOTS organic cotton (21%). These garments meet current environmental challenges, including the requirements of the AGEC law for local authorities, which must source at least 20% of their purchases from eco-friendly or reused products.

We didn't wait for regulations on sustainable development to evolve before starting to work on designing more environmentally friendly clothing. This vision is now an integral part of our values, and we have been committed to this voluntary and proactive approach for several years. In particular, through our ‘Act With MOLINEL’ programme, which brings together all the concrete actions we are taking.

Combined with organic cotton, which reduces water consumption by nearly 40% compared to conventional cotton, the LUK LIGHT R-FLEX line has a 26% lower overall climate footprint than a similar average product (20.4 kg of CO² vs. 28 kg).

A MODERN AND COMFORTABLE LOOK

The three pairs of trousers, including one for women, the jacket and the unisex double-zip jumpsuit from LUKLIGHT R’FLEX stand out for their sportswear style and ultra-comfort thanks to the stretch fabric (5%) that ensures freedom of movement. Their segmented retro-reflective strips (50 mm thick) reinforce this modern look. The ribbed collar gives the jacket and coveralls a trendy teddy jacket feel.

The [+] of LUKLIGHT R’FLEX

The jacket has a reverse zip fastening to eliminate the risk of snagging when the wearer is working on a machine. It is made of plastic, like the trouser button, to prevent scratches and sparks caused by friction. The metal press studs on the pockets are protected by flaps.
The ergonomic trousers (plain/women's and men's; EN14404 standard knee pads/men) and coveralls (unisex) feature multiple pockets so that everything is within easy reach at all times. Practical, they have a 5 cm detachable hem to accommodate taller individuals (80 cm inseam for men and 78 cm for women).
