Molinel, the French specialist in professional clothing, is launching Kareline, a new range designed for healthcare professionals. Made from recycled polyester, EcoVero™ viscose and stretch fabric, the range combines comfort, freedom of movement and durability for everyday use in clinics and pharmacies. It is part of the brand's ongoing transformation of its collections to reduce its environmental impact.
A material innovation
With Kareline, Molinel has chosen materials with reduced environmental impact, selected to meet the demands of everyday professional use. The range is made from a twill fabric combining:
- Recycled polyester, sourced from post-consumer plastic bottles of European origin, ensuring durability, shape retention and ease of care
- Lenzing™ EcoVero™ viscose, which is soft and supple and promotes moisture wicking
- Elastane, which guarantees optimal stretch and impeccable support.
Manufacturing in the Euromed zone allows Molinel to rely on a controlled supply chain, consistent with its global responsibility approach.
ECOVERO by LENZING – Responsible viscose
It is produced using an optimised process that reduces CO₂ emissions and water consumption by up to 50% compared to conventional viscose. The fibre is sourced from wood from sustainably managed forests, certified by the FSC® or PEFC, and benefits from enhanced traceability throughout the value chain.
It is also certified by the European Ecolabel, which attests to compliance with strict environmental criteria throughout the production cycle.
A design inspired by ready-to-wear fashion
Kareline was designed for healthcare professionals, with a specific focus on ergonomics inspired by ready-to-wear fashion.
It combines contemporary lines with flexible materials for greater freedom of movement. Functional, it comes with a range of accessories: multiple pockets, drawstring, badge holder.
Available in men's and women's styles, with separate tunics and trousers, the range can be used to kit out mixed teams. The mineral grey and powder pink colours were developed specifically for Kareline.
