It's easy, you can do it right from the website's home page. Click on My Account in the top right corner, then enter your email address where requested under “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.” Select your status (individual, professional, etc.) and click on “Create your account.”
Then fill in the required fields in Your personal information. Check the Data confidentiality box and confirm the “I am not a robot” box to be able to click on Register.
You can now start ordering from the Molinel e-shop!
Click on My Account at the top right of the home page. If you did not log out the last time you visited, you will be taken directly to the page containing your personal information.
If not, enter your email address and password in Already registered, then click on Log in. You can then change your addresses, track your orders, returns, or credits, and continue ordering with peace of mind!
On the login page, in the “Already registered” section, click on “Forgot your password.” Enter your email address and click on “Recover my password” to receive your new password by email. You will receive a first email inviting you to confirm your request by clicking on a link. A second email will give you the new password to use.
Check the email address you usually use to log in, as well as your email's SPAM folder. If you still do not receive your new password, contact Molinel E-shop using the online form or by calling 04 77 23 22 02. Customer service will provide you with a new password as soon as possible.
In order for you to place orders online, Molinel E-shop needs to collect certain information about you: first name, last name, email address, postal address. Your email address allows Molinel to send you confirmation of your order, a new password, etc.
To ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the site, Molinel uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) HTTPS payment method.
Finally, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning you and to object to its processing. Would you like to exercise this right?
In your customer account, go to “GDPR - PERSONAL DATA” and you can access your data in PDF or Excel format. You can also request to modify or delete your data.
All it takes is a few clicks! Log in and make the desired changes in “My personal information” or “My addresses.” You can update or delete one or more existing addresses, or you can save new addresses by clicking on “Add an address.”
ITEMS
When you select your item, it will only be displayed in the sizes and colors that are available. This means that you may not see all sizes when making your selection.
We invite you to search for a similar model available in the size you want.
You can also contact us directly via the online form to find out when items will be restocked or to see a similar range to the workwear you are looking for on the Molinel E-shop.
To enable everyone to adjust their apron to best suit their body shape, the models chosen by Molinel are “one size fits all,” with ties at the waist and neck that can be tied or adjusted with snap fasteners. The widths and heights of the models have been designed to ensure that the aprons are compatible with all body types. This means that as many people as possible can find an apron that fits them!
Despite all the care taken in preparing your package, it may happen that your delivery contains an item that does not correspond to your order. In this case, Molinel invites you to enclose a photocopy of your invoice and delivery note in the package containing the item to be returned in its original packaging (intact and complete), clean and in new condition, within a maximum of 8 days following receipt of the package. Send everything to the following address:

Upon receipt, the exchange will be made so that the Molinel item corresponding to your order is sent to you as soon as possible and at no cost. The shipping costs incurred for returning your item will also be refunded.
Despite the attention paid to quality control of Molinel products, an item may prove to be defective. After reporting this as soon as possible on the molinel.com website under “My Account” in the “My Product Returns” section, the item must be returned in its original packaging (intact and complete), clean and in new condition, within a maximum of 8 days after receipt of your package, to the following address:

Upon receipt, it will be inspected by Molinel's Quality Department, which reserves the right to accept or refuse the return of the item.
If you would like to customize a specific model of workwear, we can provide you with a quote so that we can personalize your order in our workshops.

In accordance with Articles L. 121-20-2 and L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, items personalized at your request cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any customization of a Molinel item will result in a delivery date that is approximately two weeks later than for a non-customized product in stock.

ORDER
Whether you are a private individual or a professional, you can place your order on the Molinel e-shop.
Of course, you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund for your product after the delivery date of your order. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with its label attached.
Simply indicate on a separate piece of paper the size you would like in exchange or the refund amount, and return the product(s) to the following address (return shipping costs are your responsibility):

However, we do not exchange items for other models. To do so, you will need to request a refund and place a new order.
Select the products of your choice, add them to your cart, and then confirm your order (by going to your cart at the top right of the site).
Check the items in your cart (quantity, size, color) and click on “Pay for my order.”
If you are logged in, enter and confirm your delivery and billing addresses, or log in with your email address and password.
Select your preferred delivery method and confirm the terms and conditions of sale by checking the appropriate box.
Finally, choose your preferred payment method (credit card, bank transfer, check, PayPal).
Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Have you followed the steps in the order confirmation process but are still encountering an error?

Shipping costs are €9 including tax for deliveries in mainland France, and delivery is free for purchases over €69 excluding tax.
To help you choose the right size for your products, please click on the “size guide” link at the bottom of the page, which will take you to a detailed guide. You will then be able to find the right size for the garment you have chosen.
If in doubt, please take your measurements so that you can order the right size.
By logging into your Molinel customer account, you can track your order step by step by clicking on “My orders.”
In “Order details,” you will find information about the “status” of your order: awaiting payment, being prepared, being shipped, etc. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your package by clicking on the link provided.
The shipping time for your Molinel E-shop order is an estimate, calculated from the day after your order is confirmed, provided that the order is placed after noon (12 p.m.). If you place your order before noon, the shipping time will be shorter, ideally the same day.
In general, the average shipping time for products in stock is 48 business hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
In the case of items that are not in stock, out of stock, or subject to customization, the delivery time may be extended to 6-8 weeks. In addition to this time, the carrier will need 2 to 3 business days to deliver the order to the delivery address.
Your invoice is immediately available in your account. Simply log in, go to the “order history” page, and download it.
If you have chosen home delivery and you are not present, the carrier will leave you a delivery notice with instructions to follow.
You will then have 10 days to collect your package from the post office or a pick-up point.
Simply place your order as normal for the products you would like to try.
You can then keep them and place your order for the sizes you want, or return them to us for a refund. They must be in good condition, in their original packaging, and with their labels attached.
