Molinel launches its first Workwear range designed for women

In industries such as manufacturing, crafts, logistics, construction, and public works, teams are becoming increasingly feminized. Attentive to the specific expectations of these female users and the need for gender diversity in workwear for companies and local authorities, MOLINEL is launching its first “WOMEN” range in the workwear sector. The French brand has expertise in this target market, which it has developed through its dedicated collections in the hospitality and personal services sectors.

Fitted cuts, adjustable waist with elasticated system for a secure fit at the hips, rounded and fitted pockets... Each piece of workwear is designed with attention to detail to offer ergonomic outfits that are perfectly suited to every body shape. They are available in sizes 36 to 48 with a 78 cm inseam for pants, and XS to XL for tops. They ensure comfort, ease of movement, and safety on a daily basis, while allowing teams to coordinate their style.

 The range is a variation on four existing men's collections. It provides uniform clothing for teams and covers all market needs.

LUKLIGHT - For construction

The pants and jacket feature fluorescent yellow or orange fabric combined with sewn-on retroreflective strips to ensure visibility in all weather conditions. Subtle touches of navy blue add a modern touch. These garments provide effective protection for professionals working on roads and highways, in construction as demolition workers, in public works, transportation, and landscaping.

CONTAKT - For the logistics sector 

These trousers are comfortable and robust. They feature pre-shaped knees for greater ease of movement and 100% Cordura reinforcement fabric. Their numerous functional pockets make it easy to store pens, a notebook, a tape measure or even a walkie-talkie. Discreet touches of fluorescent yellow are added to the slash pockets, waistband and fly to enhance visibility in factories, unloading areas, etc. They contrast with the black of the trousers, giving a modern style to users (logistics workers, forklift operators, etc.).

OPTIMAX CP - For local authorities and industry

This pair of dungarees and jacket is available in two colours, classic grey and navy blue, to add a splash of colour to your teams' uniforms.

Its understated design, 60% cotton and 40% polyester fabric and multiple functional pockets make it a versatile, all-purpose model. It is suitable for a wide range of professions, including machine operators, robotics engineers, mechanics, bodywork technicians and municipal maintenance workers.

PULS - For craftspeople

This lifestyle collection, similar to sportswear, is designed to make you feel comfortable in your work clothes all day long. Complete and versatile, it dresses craftswomen (painters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) and technical saleswomen with a ‘field’ profile.

The softshell, which flatters the female figure, stands out for its delicate colours: charcoal grey paired with mauve on the inside and in the details (cuffs, pockets and MOLINEL logo).

The indigo stretch jeans and grey and camel knee pad trousers are synonymous with comfort. Their fabrics (cotton/elastane) facilitate movement and the multiple pockets allow you to keep your tape measure, cutter, pliers, etc. close at hand.
